There's one thing you can never predict when it comes to travel - and that is timing. It just happened that we took our time that morning, (partly due to the fact that we did a survey of Korean Liquor and bars the night before) and didn't get to the palace till quite late, bt decided to see the palace first before finding lunch - which caused us to arrive perfectly in time to see the changing of the guards.

I caught most of the changing itself on my Flip Video camera, and then later took close-ups with my DSLR.
