Nori and Birds

Over this weekend Vanessa and I joined our coworkers on their annual trip, which this year took us to Hamamatsu. I have to say that until now I thought that bus tours were the worst possible tourist invention. This trip however has made me appreciate the bus tours a little more. I think the fact that the drinking on the bus started at 9 am, and that kareoke ensued only an hour later may have had something to do with it.

Anyways, this is a photo of one of my coworkers when I am at the town hall. This photo was taken at a bird park that we stopped off at along the way. Considering that my last encounter with such a place involved having a bird attached to my nose long enough for my relatives to snap photos of me crying with my aunt laughing in the background, I had an unexpectedly good time at this park. Half the fun was taking pictures of everyone with birds all over them. I think Nori had about 8 birds on him at one point.
